The Insurance bundle includes all the documents pertaining to the insurance of your property including Homeowner Insurance Dec., Home Insurance Policy, 4 Point Inspection, etc.
The Sellers bundle includes all the documents pertaining to the sale of your property including Appraisal, bill of sale, deed, etc.

AVM is an acronym for Automated Valuation Model. DomiDocs allows you to compare AVMs from multiple vendors. In addition to these third-party evaluations, DomiDocs provides a comprehensive TrueValueIndex that is determined from uploaded property documents based on home improvements and market comparables in order to show an updated valuation of your home.
DomiDocs’ TrueValueIndex uses data and your uploaded property documents to show an updated valuation of your home. DomiDocs will provide you with a personalized True Value of your home, so you can make better and more informed maintenance, upgrade, buying, and selling decisions.
HomeLock is a DomiDocs service that actively protects your property from Title and Mortgage Fraud, Financial Fraud, Rental Fraud, etc. HomeLock will search the dark web for information on your home, prevent your address from being used on fraudulent credit applications, alert you on neighborhood crime, and much more! The SAFE document list allows you to upload the essential documents that DomiDocs uses to send recommendations and calculate the cost basis for your property.
Your initial property profile page will include information on all the available data for your property. The TrueValueIndex, property data and SAFE progress bar will appear at the top of your property’s page. As you scroll down, you will find DomiDocs news, tips, and social media catered to your property. Below that, you will see your options for document upload, property share, document request, calendar, notes, and service provider quick buttons.
The SAFE progress bar shows the percentage of essential documents that you have already uploaded. The more documents you upload, the more customized your recommendations will be.
The calendar provides you with preventative maintenance tasks for your property to reduce insurance claims. A user will receive notifications and email reminders and will be able to easily contact service providers through the DomiDocs platform.
DomiDocs Insurance Tracking tool is a list of your property’s insurance documents, showing the company, coverage, cost, and time period of each policy. It allows you to not only see all your property’s insurance policies at a glance, but also allows you to upload, share, sort by category, and even search for different documents by name to find the right insurance document needed.
DomiDocs’ Website Management tool allows you to access an aggregated, organized and sort-able list of helpful third-party websites that are associated with managing your property.
DomiDocs’ Warranty Tracking tool is a list of your property’s warranty documents showing the company, coverage, cost, and expiration date of each document. It allows you to not only see all your property’s warranty documents at a glance, but also allows you to upload, share, sort by category, and even search for different documents by name to find the right warranty document for your property.
DomiDocs’ Service Directory includes a list of national providers and service providers for your property. You can easily create, sort, give a rating, make notes, and email different service providers all within your property profile.
Yes! The notes tab allows you to manually insert notes to remind yourself of important details pertaining to your property. There is also an option to leave notes in many of the tools included within the DomiDocs’ platform.
Yes, premium users can create and manage multiple properties.
Each property profile, upon creation, receives preventative maintenance tasks to reduce claims on the property. Upon data validation and uploading your property’s documentation, you will begin to receive specific recommendations to help reduce risks and manage your expenses, making homeownership that much more effortless.

Data & Security
Yes, you can share your documents or the entire property via email. Users can set access, expiration, and permissions for each person. You also have access to review sharing history in your profile through our Virtual Data Room.
Your data is kept completely private in your digital vault. We have a multitude of safety measures to keep your information protected and accessible only to you. DomiDocs does not sell or provide your data to third parties.
All data within DomiDocs comes from public records, mortgage providers, and other third party sources.
The Virtual Data Room is a sharing system that allows for easy, fast, and secure sharing between two parties for specific property-related documents.
The DomiDocs API is a business to business interface for uploading documents. In comparison to uploading one document at a time on the DomiDocs website, the DomiDocs API allows you to save time by uploading stacks of documents at once in a high-speed, sequential, and secure environment.
Once registered on the DomiDocs platform, you can upload your documents in a variety of ways. DomiDocs provides instructional videos on all of our upload options, as well as 24/7 chat support. Users are also able to request documents via email for third party upload into their personal property profile.
Users can upload multiple documents and photos at one time. We even allow you to hold the incoming documents in a staging area for categorization later. Users can also request documents from outside users and vendors for direct upload to their property profile.
To begin using the DomiDocs platform all you need to do is create an account, enter the property address, and begin uploading your documents using our SAFE documents list. You will then be able to quickly and easily access your home’s True Value, receive recommendations, and view preventative maintenance tasks to best manage your home.
No! If DomiDocs will automatically update your account with new information as it is found, however, if you have new documents about your property you can upload them as well.
Upon digital property, creation users are supplied with preloaded with calendar entries, service providers, and homeowner documents we have sourced for you specifically. Easily set up preferences for your calendar and service providers including notifications, integrations, and more!
Users and professionals can transfer an entire property to a new user upon the sale of a home. Once the property is transferred, it will appear in the archived properties area. There is a one-time transfer fee, please contact us via chat to learn more.
You can update your profile by clicking the blue user icon in the top right corner. DomiDocs also provides 24/7 chat support.
