VP Sales- SaaS (5+ years)

Job Description

We are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking a seasoned Software Sales Director to grow our client base across the residential real estate title vertical (closings, escrow and title companies) within the US. The representative will launch a territory-wide sales campaign, qualify leads by understanding their processes and alignment with DomiDocs. The candidate will work with other sales representatives and the CEO directly. This position is virtual, and candidate will at times be required to travel with the team to meet with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a salesperson to work with a senior sales executive team to gain efficiency and knowledge of the software sales process at the corporate level.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to prospective leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales measures and outcomes
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep updated on promotional trends within the real estate sector 

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a SaaS Sales Representative (5+) years meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience within the residential real estate vertical
  • Title industry experience (closings, escrow and title) is a plus
  • Experience in CRM, preferably HubSpot
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite 
  • Highly motivated and driven 
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Ideally, the candidate will have gone through a formalized sales training program with a large corporation

Education:

  • Associates degree required
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for our real estate technology company that is experiencing tremendous growth. The candidate will spearhead the development of our existing and future client relationships and growth of our company in the marketplace.The candidate will manage sales representatives and report to the CEO directly.
