Enterprise Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to grow our client base across several different verticals including the new home builder, single family rental, property title and mortgage markets within the state of Florida. The representative will launch a territory-wide sales campaign, make phone calls to schedule meetings with potential clients, qualify leads by understanding their processes and alignment with DomiDocs. The candidate will work with a business development manager and the CEO directly. This position is virtual, the candidate will at times be required to travel with the team to meet with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a salesperson to work with a senior sales executive team to gain efficiency and knowledge of the software sales process at the corporate level.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ documented experience as a Sales Representative, meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have gone through a formalized sales training program with a large corporation
  • Real estate industry experience
  • Must be located in South Florida, preferably 75 miles from West Palm Beach
  • Experience in CRM software, preferably HubSpot
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized and technically current

Education:
Associates degree- required

Compensation:

1st Year on target compensation $65,000.

Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for our real estate technology company that is experiencing tremendous growth. The candidate will spearhead the development of our existing and future client relationships and growth of our company in the marketplace.The candidate will manage sales representatives and report to the CEO directly. This position is virtual, candidate will at times be required to travel with team to meet with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new business alliances across the new home builder, title insurance, single family rental, and associated companies within the corporate real estate vertical
  • Represent the company with prospective affiliates and partners
  • Manage the engagement from start to closing
  • Continue to develop DomiDocs for brand recognition within the market

Requirements:

  • 5+ years sales and corporate relationship experience, at the C-Suite level
  • Real estate industry experience, preferred
  • Must be located in South Florida, preferably 75 miles from West Palm Beach
  • Experience in CRM software, preferably HubSpot
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized and technically current

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree- required
