Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our real estate technology platform servicing the B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience serving as an Associate Product Manager of a cross-functional team, ideally within an agile environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to apply their prior experience with a quickly growing and successful early-stage company. The job is virtual, but we prefer a candidate in Southern Florida, ideally Palm Beach County. The position is immediate and in a consultative capacity, it could quickly turn into a full-time position based upon performance.


Job Summary:

The role is for continual testing of a SaaS Platform to find unknown issues. You will work directly with C-Level Execs to understand how new features could impact usability. Using reporting software to work alongside our development team to ensure fixes applied are working correctly. Also, you will help to manage the development team for feature deliverables and timeline, and track logging issues based on priority and customer impact levels.


Experience:

  • 5 years of QA testing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience testing consumer-facing features for a SaaS platform and working with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Skilled at breaking down problems and prioritizing fixes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability translating feedback into product requirements and actionable insights.
  • Experienced at managing priorities and tradeoffs to deliver the highest value solutions for clients and end users.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator; can build trust with partners and influence decision-making towards the highest value outcomes.

Sales Director (Title)

We are currently seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to grow our client base across the title sales vertical including property title and mortgage markets within the state of Florida. The representative will launch a territory-wide sales campaign, make phone calls to

schedule meetings with potential agencies, qualify leads by understanding their processes and alignment with DomiDocs. The candidate will work with a other sales representatives and the CEO directly. This position is virtual, candidate will at times be required to travel with team to meet with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a salesperson to work with a senior sales executive team to gain efficiency and knowledge of the software sales process at the corporate level.

Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years’ documented experience as a Sales Representative, meeting
    or exceeding quota
  • Ideally, the candidate will have gone through a formalized sales
    training program with a large corporation
  • Real estate industry experience
  • Must be located in South Florida, preferably 75 miles from West Palm Beach
  • Experience in CRM, preferably HubSpot
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Detail oriented, organized

Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for our real estate technology company that is experiencing tremendous growth. The candidate will spearhead the development of our existing and future client relationships and growth of our company in the marketplace.The candidate will manage sales representatives and report to the CEO directly.
