HomeLock™, powered by the DomiDocs® Homeowner Enablement Platform is a property fraud protection system built for residential real estate. Not only is HomeLock™ the best price on the market for what we offer, our platform functionality is 5x more powerful than any other system. It combines access to our Homeowner Enablement Platform, the monitoring of 200+ data points, and a custom search engine that provides the most accurate and comprehensive protection available. Our monitoring and search engine scan daily and will alert you before, during and immediately after any property fraud (title and deed monitoring alone do not offer this type of protection). Included with the membership, HomeLock™ will provide you with a 7 year history report that will detail past MLS listings, deeds, mortgages, liens, and other county recorded filings on your property.

Unlike other title and deed monitoring programs, HomeLock™ protects you from property theft, equity theft, rental income theft, clouded title, lien filings, and unauthorized use among many others.

HomeLock™ pulls information from 200+ data points, including public tax and deed records, the Multiple Listing Service, Redfin, Trulia,, Zillow, Craigslist, and other numerous data sources. Other programs on the market  only scan your county recorder office.

The HomeLock™ Fraud Protection team provides data correction services of up to 2 hours per membership. Additional data correction services can be purchased in blocks of 4 hours.

Our Homeowner Enablement Platform® is a place where you can digitally store all your documents, receipts, and vendors in one place. Our online platform allows you to track your home value, equity, and your home’s cost basis. This effectively saves you time, money, and increases your home value.

If you are not fully satisfied, we have a 14-day money back guarantee. You can also downgrade and remain on the FREE home management platform.

Property Fraud

Just monitoring your title for changes only provides 50% coverage, and is only triggered after the fraud or error has occurred. Our Property Fraud Protection System, HomeLock™ protects your home proactively by using various databases and triggers to catch fraud or errors before, during, and immediately after the event.

Home equity theft is when a criminal steals the equity on a home by taking out fraudulent loans on the property. When criminals take out a mortgage against someone’s home equity, the rightful homeowner might face the prospect of losing their property.

Title fraud, also known as deed fraud or “house stealing”, is when a criminal transfers the properties ownership without the true owners knowledge. All the criminals need to do is file a fraudulent deed with the county. It is the fastest growing white-collar crime in the United States, according to the FBI. This type of fraud can go undetected causing a collection of issues including the unlawful transfer of ownership of property to the next buyer.

Your local County Clerk or Comptroller will not verify the accuracy of a document. A fraudulent document can be entered into the Official Records as long as the criminal has filled out the proper documentation and paid the appropriate fees. Recently, with the contactless closings and lack of industry digitization, home equity fraud is easier to commit now, more than ever.

The police can only do so much after the fraud is reported and the fraudster has had time to cover their tracks. The most important factor in stopping fraud is timing, the faster the fraud is discovered, the less damage is done. HomeLock™ is the only proactive monitoring service on the market, giving the homeowner immediate alerts, allowing them to take action before, during, and right after fraud or errors.

No, today there is no such thing as "locking" your title, in the future with blockchain technology, this might be possible. Our system monitors your property at the county level on a daily basis and will send you an email alert if there are any changes. We also monitor over 200+ data points and have a custom search engine effectively giving you the closest thing to "locking" your title via monitoring available on the market.

Title insurance only protects you up to the date of you purchasing the property. Homeowner’s insurance does not cover fraud, forgery, or title theft.  Property fraud is not covered as part of homeowner insurance policies. HomeLock™ monitors and protects your home from the day you purchase your home, ongoing, with daily scans to alert you of any activity changes.
